Use

1. Disconnect the saw from the power supply or remove the battery before installing the blade.
2. Use the saw blade only on machines with the correct bore diameter and a suitable spindle.
3. Ensure that the saw blade sits completely flat on the machine flanges.
4. Tighten the clamping nut or fixing screw to the torque specified by the machine manufacturer. Use only suitable tools.
5. Do not extend the wrench or tighten the fixing nut by striking it with a hammer.
6. Before installation, thoroughly clean the clamping flanges and all contact surfaces. They must be free from dirt, grease, oil, and moisture.
7. Use reducing rings only if they are permanently fitted to the saw blade. Loose adapter or reducing rings must not be used.
8. After installation, ensure that the blade rotates freely and does not contact the blade guard or any machine components.
9. Before switching on the saw, check that the blade rotates freely and is securely mounted.
10. Perform the cut using a steady feed rate and avoid applying lateral pressure to the blade.
11. After finishing work, switch off the saw and wait until the blade has come to a complete stop.

• Secure the workpiece firmly and use a constant feed rate for clean cutting edges.
• Remove resin and material residues regularly to maintain optimum cutting performance.
