Quick Guide – 6-Piece 90° Corner Clamp Set (SR-1480)

The 6-piece corner clamp set is designed for precisely aligning and securing wooden workpieces at a 90° angle. The clamps hold the components in position during screwing or gluing, making it easier to create clean, right-angled joints.

Instructions

1. Select the wooden workpieces to be joined and make sure the contact surfaces are clean and as even as possible.

2. Loosen the clamp screw until the workpieces can be inserted easily.

3. Position both workpieces at a 90° angle against the designated clamping surfaces and align them carefully.

4. Tighten the clamp screw evenly until both workpieces are securely held in place. Avoid excessive pressure to prevent damage to the material.

5. Screw or glue the workpieces together in the desired position. Only release the corner clamps once the joint is sufficiently stable or the adhesive has cured according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Pro Tips

• Use several corner clamps at the same time to align and secure multiple corners simultaneously, for example when building drawers or frames.

• Before final screwing or gluing, check the right angle with a square or angle measuring tool to achieve particularly precise joints.

Care & Storage

• Remove wood dust, glue residue, and other dirt with a soft cloth after use. Keep the clamp screws clean and operating smoothly.

• Store the corner clamps in a dry, protected place to prevent damage to the nylon construction and screw mechanism.

Disposal

• Dispose of the product according to local regulations at the end of its service life.
