Quick Guide – SDS Plus Masonry Drill Bit Set 210 mm (SR-1273)

The extra-long 210 mm drill bits with a 4-cutter YG8 carbide head provide clean drill holes, long service life, and reliable performance even in demanding applications.

Instructions

1. Select the correct drill bit size for the required hole or wall plug.
2. Insert the drill bit fully into the SDS Plus chuck and ensure it is securely locked.
3. Mark the drilling position and hold the drill bit perpendicular to the surface.
4. Drill with the hammer function activated using steady feed pressure. Do not apply excessive force—the drill bit works through the impact energy of the rotary hammer.
5. Occasionally pull the drill bit back slightly during drilling to allow drilling dust to escape from the hole.

Pro Tips

• Use the 210 mm drill bits for deeper holes or hard-to-reach areas without having to tilt the machine.
• Allow the drill bit to cool regularly during extended drilling to maximize the service life of the carbide head.

Care & Storage

Remove drilling dust and dirt with a dry cloth after use.
